The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer - Mr. Tomasz Więckowski, whose tasks include the performance of activities resulting from Art. 39 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR (OJ L 119, 27.4.2016, p. 1) and other provisions of law applicable in this respect.

The procedure contains a description of the rules applied by the Administrator and employed staff in order to ensure the exercise of the rights of persons whose personal data is processed by the Data Administrator (ADO) resulting from the obligations specified in Art. 15 – 21 of Regulation 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation GDPR).
